Throughout the process leading up to actively dying, a person and their loved ones will run the gamut of feelings. Know that this is definitely the norm. Talking, thinking, writing, praying, playing, or doing something to occupy your mind for a while are all perfectly helpful.

There’s no ‘goal’ that you must achieve. We can aim toward a sense of peace and acceptance, for sure. However close we get to that goal is absolutely, perfectly, and exactly right. There is no wrong way to die.
